Booking Terms

All tours booked through Zoom Africa Tours & Transfers are private — reserved exclusively for you and your travelling party. We do not combine separate bookings into a shared vehicle or group tour.

Bookings made through this website are confirmed once payment is completed securely via Yoco or PayPal at the time of booking. A member of the Zoom Africa Tours & Transfers team will follow up by email or WhatsApp with your itinerary and any further details.

Prices listed are per person in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and paid.

Cancellations

We offer a 48-hour cancellation policy: cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 48 hours before your tour's scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable, as vehicles, guides and bookings are reserved specifically for you. No-shows are also non-refundable.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp with your booking reference.

Privacy

Information you submit through our booking and contact forms (name, email, phone number, and trip details) is used solely to respond to your enquiry and coordinate your tour. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, other than the payment and communication providers necessary to process your booking.
